胡一威，是一位中國的平面設計師、自由插畫家。生於上海，從小就喜歡畫畫，但是家裡沒有刻意栽培，而且也沒有接受過正式的美術訓練。18歲時，因為家裡的問題提放棄考大學而選擇去工作，一開始在影印店實習，後來用業餘的時間於培訓班學習Photoshop，後來修照片、作海報、寫真噴繪。
之所以選擇介紹這位年輕的設計師，是因為有一次在圖書館的新書架上看到他的著作：＜華麗世界 Photoshop +Illustrator 創意思維與設計＞深深被其書中的內容所吸引。

看到樋口佳絵的畫作，當下所感覺的是這一群小鬼的氣色怎麼會如此的糟糕，這種看似缺乏鐵質血色的膚色卻有另一種淒美，在她的作品中，在表情與肢體的筆觸及線條上並不如許多的插畫家如此具現的刻畫。以面無表情的孩童作為主角，搭配上看似被剝去表皮，單有血絲和青色血管的層次色調描繪，這樣的對比下，更透露出一息淡淡的憂傷，在這樣單純的主體下把動作的衝擊給放大了。組和上不對稱的眼神，總讓人覺得作品背後的內心世界好像有深邃的暗處。
